All meeting requests from IUFRO Research Groups and Working Parties should now have been acknowledged and notification of date, room and time have been issued to the Unit Co-ordinator. If you have submitted a booking request for the Congress and have not yet received notification, please contact the Congress Manager.

Please Note: All business sessions have been allocated strictly 30 minutes only. As there are several meetings scheduled either before or directly after your meeting adhering to the specified time is critical.

Satellite Meetings

A limited number of meeting rooms will be made available (8-13 August) to organisations and associations interested in hosting satellite meetings not included in the official Congress Program. Please click here (PDF 31 kB) to download the scheduling of Satellite Meetings received and requested.

Please note: bookings for rooms can only be made by, and attendance at meetings is limited to, registered delegates attending the XXII IUFRO World Congress. Catering, audiovisual or other requirements will be the responsibility of the meeting organiser to arrange directly with the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. Meeting organisers are responsible for managing attendance notifications.

Independent Meetings

A number of independent meetings are being planned to coincide with the XXII IUFRO World Congress. Please note, all enquiries and bookings should be made direct with the independent meeting organisers. Details of meetings and organisers advised to date are listed below.
