Audio Visual Facilities For Oral Presentations
Only electronic projection (Microsoft PowerPoint), will be available for
oral presentations . Overhead projection and 35 mm slides facilities will not

download some important guidelines to assist
you in preparation of your presentation for the Congress. A Speaker's preparation
room will be available for your use through out the Congress and is located
in room M1 on the Mezzanine Level of the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition
Centre. This room will be open from 12.30pm on Sunday and 7.30am – 6.00pm for
the rest of the Congress.
Presentations All authors should have been contacted by their Session Organiser to confirm if your paper has been accepted into the program. If you have submitted an abstract for the Congress and have not yet received notification, please contact your Session Organiser immediately or the Congress Manager.
Program Matrix A provisional program matrix is available to download from this site and will be updated regularly.
Registration All presenters are required to register by the 13 June 2005 - failure to register by this date may result in the withdrawal of your paper from the program. For registration, click here to register via the online registration form or alternatively you can download a copy of the registration form.
Funding Unless you have received approval for funding via the Scientist Assistance Program the Congress is unable to offer any financial support for your participation to attend the Congress.
Visa As published in the Registration Brochure and this website under Travel Information no invitation letters will be supplied until delegates have registered for the Congress. Once you have registered and paid in full for the XXII IUFRO World Congress you will receive a confirmation letter outlining your registration details, this letter can be used as part of your visa application. This applies to all potential delegates requesting official invitation letters.
