The OzAccom Group and the host, the Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries (DPIF), is collecting the information you have provided on this registration form for the purpose of facilitating and administrating the XXII IUFRO World Congress (the conference).

The information you supply on this registration form will be disclosed to third parties.

Specifically your name and organisation details only will be incorporated into a delegate list that will be supplied to all delegates to the conference.

The information you supply on this registration form will be disclosed to:

• OzAccom Conference Services for the purpose of facilitating the conference eg. taking bookings, accepting payment, sending you relevant information in relation to the conference and other administrative services in relation to the conference;
• the XXII IUFRO Organising Committee for the purpose of facilitating the conference and future conferences;
• venues, travel services and accommodation providers for the purpose of travel and room booking and conference activities;
• security services for the purpose of maintaining the safety of delegates and organisations associated with the conference during the conference; and
• sponsors.

The information you provide will also be used by the DPIF for the purpose of facilitating the conference and for providing other administrative services for the conference (i.e. assisting delegates with their conference activities, statistical information, co-ordinating payment of fees, organising sponsors, etc.).

Unless otherwise identified in this notice, your personal information will not be disclosed unless it is required by law.
