- We also provide a complimentary design and production
service that will provide you personalised brochures
and an interactive web-booking page to assist you
in communicating with prospective attendees.
- Your interactive live booking facility enables a
24/7 registration process for delegates. This site
is customised and branded specifically for your event.
To complete this service you will also be given personal
live report access 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- An Enquiries and Booking Centre offers a personalised
service from 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Queensland
time). During operation hours we guarantee you will
always speak to a consultant directly.

Travel Management |
Via OzWings, our in-house travel agent,
we can offer you a complete choice of air travel options.
As well as providing the most cost efficient solutions
to meet your delegates’ individual needs we will
provide complete itineraries and booking details. Also
for your convenience we provide a live interactive web
booking engine, giving you the opportunity to view and
compare airline fares and make bookings as required.
